Following the most recent Government guidance and advice relating to Covid-19 we are now working within a revised ‘lockdown’ situation.
J&J Air Systems as indeed many other industries and organisations have been modifying contingency plans accordingly due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Our priority is to keep all our client’s, employees, colleagues and business partners safe, supported and informed.
J&J Air Systems fully appreciate the support from customers, and the commitment of all our employees at this difficult time, including staff who have been furloughed on full renumeration.
The Service Team and Technical Sales engineers are operating within the Government guidelines, and are providing full technical assistance and on-site Service support for Customers.
Our Stores and Trade Counter are open. We have installed full protective ‘screen guard’ for the protection of customers and employees at our Trade Counter.
Customer can also order On-Line or by Phone and either collect their goods, or we will despatch overnight from just £7.50.
Our support staff including technical, sales, purchasing and accounts are working either at the factory, or from home. Our remote workers will provide you with the support you need, with direct access to Compair, Hydrovane, Champion and Parker’s Intranet, and our main computer, phone, and email systems.
- The Company continues to provide direct support to critical and essential businesses including manufacturing and general service industries
- Our Service and Sales Teams continue to support all our customers with the full technical; maintenance and service back up they may require
- We are providing full 24-Hour Breakdown Service Support for existing and new customers
We will continue to monitor and fully support the latest Government advice.
